Shipping Information
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers & Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Freight (LTL) available for heavy orders.

All orders receive tracking information via email. Transit times are estimates from the ship date, not the order date. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging, in resalable condition.
How to Return
Email returns@ecomfasteners.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a return authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll ship the correct items immediately at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Special-order items, cut-to-length threaded rod, and items with broken package seals cannot be returned. Custom or non-stock items are final sale.
